Return & Exchange Policy – Calibre Beard Co

At Calibre Beard Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used beard oils, balms, butters, or grooming products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final sale items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery at calibrebeardco@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will provide a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping if applicable

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, Calibre Beard Co will cover return shipping costs

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email calibrebeardco@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Relevant photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
